This unique-designed model features an
unsymmetrical body shape.
The flame maple top is book- matched and has a hand-carved arch. The Honduran
mahogany back has a hollow inside, which makes the body lighter and well
balanced. This model has excellent feelings of holding: the back of the
body is contoured, the top is gently arched, and the body shape fits for
an elbow rest, the part of which is a little thinner.
The joint at the 18th fret and the chamfering of the heel enable the fingering
smoother to the higher fret. A low-setting combination bridge and tailpiece
and a pickup mounting with no regular mounting ring make picking smoother.
From the tight-structured and the good resonant body, this model produces
rich overtone, greater sustain, a moderate mellow tone, and also features
a clear tone as a solid body.
A synchronized tremolo bridge can be mounted. |
